Please Deliver To Giveaway - The Shop of Mystery Edition

This is a very special post at Please Deliver To because I am delighted to announce the launch of my own etsy store titled....wait for it....Please Deliver To! I know, I know, the creativity of my store name astounds me too.

I've made no secret of the fact that I like to make envelopes (need I remind you of the time I was turned into Scissor Claws?), so I thought that I would finally start selling some of these items because sane people shouldn't have to navigate towering envelope piles in order to get to their kitchen. And Dr. Feelgood says that I need to come inching back into the territory of the sane (just a wee bit) lest* I lose my way completely. So TA-DAH! Please Deliver To, the store, was born!

It's mostly just envelopes, notecards, and some odds and ends right now, but maybe one day, I'll be offering way better product for sale...like say, dragons and unicorns?!! I see the doubt on your face, but we'll see who is laughing when Smaug is in the mail.

ENVELOPE-PALOOZA PART TWO

Also, to celebrate this special occasion, I'm offering a giveaway! All you have to do is visit my shop, use your peepers to browse, and then come back and leave me a comment about your favourite item! That's it! You'll be entered into the giveaway to win that item! Also, don't forget to leave an email address where I can reach you!! If the launch of your own store isn't a reason to abuse exclamation marks, I don't know what is!!!!!!!!

Here are some of my personal favourite items:

Peek-a-boo window envelopes

Dinosaur notecards

Sushi-themed Envelope Pocket Folder

Peacock Envelopes

Father Time Envelopes

Zebra Print Notecards

Want an extra entry? I will provide an extra entry to any wonderful people who help promote this giveaway on their own blogs (not expected, but very much appreciated!). The giveaway closes on Wednesday, November 28.

Now what are you still doing here?! Get viewing, commenting, and/or shopping will you? I haven't been able to get to my kitchen in a few days and it's time to clear some of this stuff outta here. I would love to eat sometime this week. I'm starving marvin!

*I have always wanted to use the word "lest" on my blog. Now I have and life is worth living.

  1. Okay, so I used my peepers to browse your etsy shop and I've narrowed it down to six favorites. I like the Toile envelopes, the Black Lace envelopes, the Cursive envelopes, the Peacock envelopes, the Father Time envelopes and the Blue Patterened envelopes. I suppose if I had to choose just one it would be the toil envelopes or the peacock envelope. See.....I can't even choose one out of two. I think they are all lovely and I wish you the best of luck with your etsy store. Now, I will go promote your etsy shop on my blog.

  4. My favourite items:
    -Peacock envelopes (really original!).
-Cupcakes envelopes (I usually don't like cupcakes. I find it's a superpopulation of cupcakes on Internet. But I love these!).
    -Crayon line envelopes.

If I must choose just one, the peacock (because I have the right penpal to send letters in!).

Congratulations on your shop, and log life to it!

  5. Monsters, cats, peacocks, rainbows, ducks and moustaches!!!!!! (which might now be the name of my autobiography)

Although right at the end was the dreaded paisley pattern. Now I'm not too proud to say I wet myself. It gives me the fear!

  6. Wah you have an Etsy store! LOVE IT! I thinks my favorite is the cute cats. Or the blue swirl pattern. Or the fishy one. Or the black lace. Or the feathers. I'm indecisive - can you tell?

  8. I'm torn between:

Pack of 5 A6 scallop window envelopes in assorted colours (because it gives me a variety)

    And:

A6 Peacock Envelopes (5 in a pack)(because I have a special place in my heart for peacocks because of childhood memories)

But I guess I'd settle on the peacocks. Thanks for this giveaway - my e-mail is scribblingsarah at gmail dot com

  10. Awesome--good job! :) I hope it is quite successful!

It's hard to choose a fave BUT...I think I will go with the Antique Chair Envelopes. I went browsing at antique shops this past weekend so I think I have a currently elevated affinity for antiques. ;)

  11. Hey! Congratulations on the Etsy store! I'm just about to pop over and take a little browse for myself. I'll add you to my circle. Feel free to add me back. I'm not entirely sure what purpose the "circle" serves, but it makes me feel included in something, which is nice.
Yesterday I opened my own Etsy store! YES! What is the coincidence? I'm having a crack at selling postcards and photographic prints, but I'm too lazy to advertise. I don't want to make a big deal - the attention makes me nervous. ;) Anyways, like yourself, my shop has the most original of all original names: I am Sorcha Sidhe, therefore my shop is Sorcha Sidhe Shop. Oh my goodness, the originality of the whole thing is MIND BLOWING.
Enough rambling. Good luck with the shop!

    1. Oh... and PS - top use of the word 'lest'. It is not utilised enough in this world. Here's another good one: happenstance. Do you think you could work that into your blog somewhere along the line?? :)

  18. Congrats on the new Etsy shop, and thanks for having a giveaway. I've been reading your blog for a few months (I started reading right about when you said you had too many pen friends, so you requested no more letters from random readers, else I would have written you!).

I like many of the options in your store... it was hard to pick just one, but I'm always drawn to zebra prints, so I really like the zebra print trifold notecards. I couldn't choose my favorite color, so the assorted zebra print trifold packs would be ideal, and the colors in the 2nd assortment pack are cool.

  27. I would definitely go for the Sushi-themed Envelope Pocket Folder (or the Asian Flowers one too for that matter). I noticed your have the envelope pockets in vertical and horizontal styles--personally I prefer the envelopes in a vertical position. I love the idea of sending a pocket folder to a special friend and thinking of her reaction on seeing it! Many thanks and good luck with your shop! Erin lapoussine35 (at) gmail (dot) com

  30. I love them all, but my favourite are the cursive envelopes.
I think it would be a nice idea if you'd have some mixed envelope-packs as well. (Like, several designs in one pack - I know you already got it the first time :)) (Don't you just hate having to close brackets after a smily? I never know wether to put it there without a space in between and thus giving the smily a double chin or leaving a space and always wondering wether all the others thought I just made a typo and put a space where it doesn't belong. Oh well...)
All the best for you and good luck with your store!
